Friday, December 1: Dr. Nettleman will be presenting a 4-hour CEU to Florida based surveyors and attorneys on how attorneys and expert witnesses can more effectively work together. Expert witnesses are essential to winning disputes that involve complex subject matter. But how can an attorney get the most out of their expert? In this CLE/CEU, Dr. Nettleman will discuss what makes a symbiotic attorney-expert relationship, how attorneys can use their experts to their fullest potential, and how experts can provide more credible and useful information to their attorney-clients and the courts.
April 2024: Dr. Nettleman will be speaking at the Louisiana Society of Professional Surveyors Annual Convention in Lake Charles, Louisiana. At this event, Dr. Nettleman will be presenting on the topics of Ethics, The Surveyor as an Expert Witness, and effective Survey Report writing.
